Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is not included in shipping time estimates. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the next business day. All international fees are covered by the customer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is available at this time. All international fees are covered by the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or express shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping, please please reach out to carrier for accommodations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you put in an incorrect address please send an email within 24 hours of purchase with the correct address and first and last name on order.

Weather and Holiday Delays

Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
